For those who enter into service contracts with R&dSwiss or request presales activities, we provide information regarding the processing of Personal Data.
Transparency, fairness, and respect for confidentiality and proper data handling are fundamental to our business. Therefore, we have voluntarily chosen to comply with the provisions of the European GDPR Regulation 679/2016, in its most restrictive interpretation.

Purpose of Processing 
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

1)   To respond to presales activities and commercial information requests;

2)   To manage, conclude, and execute contractual relationships, including tax and accounting obligations;

4)   Data derived from the use of internet communication protocols (e.g., IP addresses, domain names, request time, method used, file size) are collected in aggregated form to ensure proper website functioning, for security purposes, and to obtain anonymous statistical information;

Data Retention

In general, R&dSwiss retains personal data for short periods or as long as necessary to fulfill contractual obligations.

Some data may be retained to comply with legal and tax obligations or to protect contractual interests.

In exceptional cases, data may be retained for investigative purposes as required by Swiss law.

We declare that, after 24 months from the end of contractual obligations or presales/commercial activities, personal data will be deleted unless required by law.

Withdrawal of Consent and Limitation of Processing

You may withdraw your consent to data processing at any time by sending a request specifying your intention to withdraw consent, or by unsubscribing where applicable.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
